seabray tank

seabray are a well renound custom tank builder, well what can i say i waited 4 weeks for my 60x30x24 and had specific specs, missed deadline so tank was late and wasted my van hire money and when the tank arrived it was not to spec, the glue colour was wrong,and certian parts were missing, and the response was 'its only cosmetic' which was a poor excuse and customer service, i was told that they will only give me 15% off, but its 15% of something i dont like, (imagine u ordered a white car and they send a red one). both husband and wife were conflicting, but gave a 25% discount, i will not be buying a tank from them again a waste of time and money. bteer to go woth boss or windsor tank builders.
