  I was initially told '2 weeks but say 3 to be on the safe side' when I ordered by blind and paid my deposit. After this time frame lapsed I had to make 3 phone calls to find out what was happening. They became aggressive and argumentative - talking over me and VERY rude. When I said that I ws the custoer and didnt appreciate being spoken to like this I just wanted to know what was happening with my blind he again started raising his voice and being very defensive and aggresive. I wouldnt use them again which is sad as I like to suport independant traders. How he remains in business is beyond me. Customer Service training course for Ian is required. BUYER BEWARE

  On seeing the poor reviews given by the above customers I would strongly disagree with there findings. I have been an excisting customer with creative curtaining for some years. Creative curtaining have dressed every window in my house and I have been more than happy with the quality of the work and the exceptional service we receive with every order.Being a family business we have found it virtually impossible to find a friendlier service anywhere.

  After placing various orders to the value of £1500.00, we found Creative Curtains estimated time to make and fit our blinds was plucked out of thin air. As this never resembled the actual time taken. The owner was rude, aggrassive and unreasonable when we ask for a delivery and fitting date. After a heated discussion he returned our deposit and said " he would not work for people like us again".

• Creative Curtains

  I can not emphasise enough how strongly I would urge you not to use Creative Curtains. Our curtains look shody and extremely poorly made. When this was raised with them I was told that it was not their fault and I had now paid so it was not their concern. I was shocked by their total disregard for their customers and will never use them again and strongly urge you to do likewise!!
