• Outstanding Service

  I visited QVS in Basildon last week and was absolutly amazed at the outstanding service that I received. In the absence of my Husband it was left to me to buy the items that we needed. Unfortunatly I have little knowledge of what these items were called but knew what they looked like. I walked in the store feeling a bit silly, but a very helpful member of staff by the name of Tris done everything he could to get me the item I required. He asked me what the item was used for, and promptly went to the section in the catologue where the item was pictured. Thanks to him and the other helpful staff I was able to make a quick, hassle free purchase. I have never experienced this level of customer service any where else and not only will I be returning as a customer but I will also be recommending this store to everone I know.

• Very Impressive Service

  I was delighted with service i recieved when shopping at this branch of QVS. I was very unsure of what i needed to solve my little wiring dilemma but when i came to the store i simply explained what the problem was and the helpful member of staff talked me through the problem and reccomended just what i needed at very resonable prices. I was suprised to find that the staff knew so much and were willing to spend the time explaining things to me instead of getting a sale as quickly as possible or fogging me off to a manufacturers helpline. Highly recommened!
