Training & consultancy specialising in lean manufacturing and six sigma

.
XR was selected by SEMTA, the Engineering Standards Authority to lead the design and the development of the new National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) for Business Improvement Techniques (BIT), which directly addresses Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma. This qualification has been developed for all employees within an organisation from Management to Associate Level.
Our unique approach focuses on LIVE issues that organisations are facing and via multi-function teams from senior management down to shop-floor associates, sustainable and self funding solutions are developed and implemented. These process and people improvements ensure that all forms of waste are eliminated, non-value add is converted to value-add and via the collection of data, root causes are identified, and permanent corrective actions implemented. This ensures that the productivity and efficiency of the organisation is significantly improved and this leads directly to bottom line profitability improvements.
We are approved by many leading organisations to deliver consultancy and training services, in respect of business improvement, for both their internal and global supply bases. The automotive, aerospace, defence, engineering, food, electronic, chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural and construction are our largest sectors. Our programmes are leading edge using tried and tested tools and techniques that we have developed from our automotive roots, and then refined to suit all manufacturing and non-manufacturing organisations alike (public and private), regardless of their size.
Our training and consultancy activities consist of a Process Improvement Practice and also a People Development Practice.
