• Fantastic shop

  I recently discovered thanks to this listing, this Millets shop,i was blown away by several things. Its like a tardis for starters, you walk through the front door and think, this is small, then a lovely lady tells you about upstairs,so you go up and its massive up there. On arrival on each floor a member of staff says hello and they are very polite and friendly ( a dying breed amongst shop assistants who are often very rude) The staff take time with you and are throughly enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I my case one of the items i wanted they did not have in store but arranged for it to be delivered from another store. Nothing was to much trouble for them. So if you want to go into shop where the staff are friendly, helpfull, knowledgeable and polite then Millets southend is the shop. many thanks to all the staff, i shall without a doubt be coming back in and recommeding you to all my friends and family.
