These days I only use PC world if I really have to. Last week a chip fan on my PC blew and I had to go there to purchase a replacement. Typically, the fan I bought didn't quite fit despite the salesman's promise and I had to go out again the following week to buy another. It always seems to be vastly over-staffed with kids who don't seem to want to help you! To me, it seems as though everyone's running around trying to look busy, without actually being busy! The staff never seem to be quite up to scratch either, especially if you have a slightly more technical question. Their selection of goods is pretty limited too, despite being such a large chain. More often than not, where normally you would want a selection of an particular item to chose from, they stock the poorest, cheapest version of what you want. Like I said, useful in an emergency, but if you have time, go elsewhere...
