The finish of the bathroom looks amazing I was very pleased with it. However it took some time getting there. There was trouble with added cost they tried to add but i did not stand for that. The 1st bath that they order suddenly became out o stock and they tried to charge me extra which they did not in the end. They had trouble taking old tiles off and again charged extra. But all that was resolved and as i said at the beginning the finish bathroom looks wonderful. But shortly after my bath room was fitted, my shower started to make a terrible noise and my toilet was not flushing oh and my bathroom panel had popped out and would not go back in. So i phone them and i was told that i would get a phone call back which i never got. So i had to phone back after a few months and i left an answer phone message. This time they did get back to me and some one did come round. They fixed the bath panel, did something to the toilet but had no idea what to do with the shower. The toilet soon went back to how it was, the bath panel stayed where it should be so that was good, however the shower still was making a terrible noise. But they said the would get back to me.. Another time was arrange for them to come back but unfortunately i could not be at home. But another time would be arrange, so i left another answer phone message and they got back to me and time was arranged for them to come around. Some one came round and said I’m here to fixed the shower been told you got the parts that are needed. But guess what? No part were sent to me so going to have to wait again for I don’t no what. I took the day of work so could get this sorted so not happy at all.... so we will see if they can fix the problems, of noisy shower and toilet that does not flush as it should...
Had Shower fitted which was ok but stopped working and when i contacted the shop i found them very unhelpful. They told me to contact Mira which was an easy pass the buck way out. Mira sent an engineer who said it was the ceiling switch which he than said was not in the warranty and said Ultimate choice should have checked the switch when they fitted the new shower. he charged me £69. Still no shower so now I have to get the part and get someone else into fit it. I wish I had gone to B & Q . I would never use them again as bad after service.
