Our Business had basically grown too quickly, thanks to the Internet (much larger orders than predicted). We had several computers with different versions of Windows and problems with printing and sharing documents. ABT came in and spent time finding out our needs, talking to staff and asking what they wanted! 2 other companies were telling us what we needed with no idea of the business we were conducting! After 3 meetings, ABT sorted all our problems and continue to give telephone support. Price wise? They saved us a small fortune. I fear we would have been talked into a system that was unable to grow as we do and which would have been 5 times the cost. I was shocked that I had not realised the other companies had not spent the time finding out what we did and how we were trying to keep track of it all, I presumed they must know. But how could they? Thank you ABT for making me realise the error I nearly made.
