Gemini Builders & Property Maintenance Ltd is a new company based in Southend-on-Sea and started in 2007. It is a partnership of Geoff Sesniak and Barry Burrus.

Geoff has been in the building industry for over 35 years and has been self-employed since he was 21. Having sub contracted work for various companies over the years to include brewery companies, supermarkets, house builders, estate agents, PSA and even the odd star or two and prides himself that he has never advertised to get work.

Word of mouth, being the best advert for the quality of workmanship that has afforded a good client base and a good living over the years.

With "Gemini" it is intended to continue with all the skills and quality that has been gathered over all those years.

Barry has recently moved to Essex from the north and though hasn't as much experience as Geoff, he is learning very quickly that quality is a "Gemini" by word.

We are able to tackle most trades and have a good back up of tradesman who will be with us, so we are able to offer a full range of requirements that are affordable without compromising finish and quality.

We also offer 24 hour call out service for emergency work; bad water leaks, emergency hoarding etc.

Estimates and quotations are free and without obligation and we cover Essex, Kent, London, Suffolk, Norfolk within a 100 mile radius.
