My son started training with Sensei Russell at Britka Karate aged 5 and was quite a handful at that time. With Russell's help and patience he really seemed to calm down , We were so proud of him when he earned his Black belt at the age of 11. He really loves his karate lessons and his karate training has helped him focus in other things such as at school. Would highly recommend Britka Karate.
