All I can say is steer clear of this (so called) business. So-ooooo poor on customer service it is unreal - I thought they were going bust they are so evasive and phone either continually engaged or no answer. Contacted Trading Standards, who cannot deal with me as I do not live in Southend. Now have referred to Consumer Direct. The nebulous 'Joe' is ably covered for by Matt and Sam and fails to respond to messages that you can eventually - (spent hours and a fortune on the phone) get through - promised delivery 8 days ago - then Thursday this week - now maybe Saturday or Maybe Tuesday?? - it's Sat now at 3pm and despite leaving several messages again today no parcels and response to phone calls today. Several hundred pounds spent by me and they could not care less. Used this 'touch local for ring back' and guess what? - Callum has just rung me back within minutes....he thought I was a new order! Has promised to ring back today - now 5pm and no phone call - why am I surprised? What a pathetic company these people are. No computer system - everything in Joe's head by the looks of things. Day off Thursday - don't even try ringing then. Worst company in the world, this is no exaggeration, try a reputable company. Hacked off - what do you think....updates to follow on progress of order.
