  My carpets were in very poor condition and in dire need of cleaning, James was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to do a good job, we had a particularly bad spill that we could not remove but James managed to get it out. The price we paid was very reasonable considering how bad the carpets were, we are delighted with the results, we wont leave it so long next time and look forward to having them cleaned next year.

  Our carpets had not been cleaned for years and we were unsure whether to replace it or have it cleaned. James Roffey came and gave us a free quote which was more than reasonable for the amount of work. The finished job is absolutely incredible, our carpets look as good as new. As we are teachers we could not be at home all day and so James moved the furniture around as he worked. I will definitely use Roffey cleaning again in the future, it is such a professional service and well worth every penny!.

  I am a professional child minder and have a lot of young children who are always spilling drinks and dropping food and walking dirt into the house, i was amazed by the results of the carpet cleaning done by James at Roffey carpet cleaning ,he was prompt, courteous and professional ,by far the best carpet cleaner i have used

  Heavy wear and tear has left our carpets the worse for wear but due to the cost of replacing them we decided to try the carpet cleaning route. The results were outstanding, stains and marks we thought were there for good have vanished and left the carpet bright and fresh again, We can now look forward to several more years of use and know that cleaning will bring them back to life again. Great service, prompt, good value and great results , we would recommend Mr Roffeys cleaning service to anyone.
