    the staff are very nice people...they will listen to what you need and arent afraid to change their rules a bit to accomodate your dog..ie..walking it seperately or in an enclosed space if the dog doesnt like roads. Always helpful when booking the dog in and check all you dogs injection cards so you have piece of mind that there are no ill dogs there. My dog messed on her blanket and it was washed and dried for me upon collection. They also answer the phone if you call them about the dog and give you an update if needed. Have also used the grooming parlour there which i 2 would recommend..
