  • 1 Bad attitude and expensive

    I was sold the wrong part and didn't realise until I got home which was a 30 mile round trip, phoned the shop and spoke to Mr Soper and what a bad attitude, he basically couldn't help and didn't show any interest in common courtesy and a complete lack of customer service. I will be returning the part, another 30 mile round trip and I will get my money back and take my business else where...permanently. Thanks for nothing Julian Soper.
