• Unfriendly and unprofessional.

  They took the money from me before doing a stock check (item was out of stock). The communications I received from them were either curt or downright rude and I had to chase them twice and open a PalPal dispute before a refund was given. It seems that they are quick to take the money from you but not give it back. If you do place an order with them I only suggest that you read all the reviews so that you are aware of potential problems and pay via PayPal.

• Terrible service

  I ordered a prioduct online from this company, 2 weeks later bno priduct so I rang them to be told I had been given a refund as my product was out of stock. I didn't have a refund. I was then told my payment was on hold, The payment came out the same day. I have now been given a refund after logging a pay pal despute with no explination given. My advice don't order on line from this company.
