• Earls Hall Veterinary Group Best vets

  I have been going to Earls Hall for several years with my two dogs and have always found all the staff friendly and helpful. Mr Engalnd always has time to see or speak to me if I am worried about one of my dogs and the treatment given is always of a high standard. I would highly recommend this vets, I have never been let down by them and they always have time for me.

• Earls Hall Veterinary Group Dont Use

  They are happy to take your money but dont have the manners to deal with any concerns that you may have and if you question the treatment they give they refuse to answer anything that you raise. I have an ongoing dispute with them and i have tried to deal with this in writing but the practice owner Mr England thinks it is his right to answer only what he wishes to and if you dispute charges on the bill he just refers it to a collection agency and washes his hands of it. Nice guy NOT, stay well clear and use another Vets. Personally I would recommend Your Vets in Brook Road Rayleigh they have been excellent.
