Awful company
Lied to me when I rang to ask if they were still responsible for parking permits for my area. Said that they were and so I sent them said fee. No permit arrived, and when I tried to ring them back could not get any answer from them. Subsequently found out that my local authority had dispensed with their services. Am now passing matter into the hands of the police
